Sangiovese and Merlot

Production method:

After a short contact with the skins, Sangiovese and Merlot were fermented in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature for 13-16 days. This is followed by aging in steel, with two months of lees contact.

Structure:

Smooth and refreshing, enlivened by well-balanced acidity, with a long and saline finish.

Fermentation in temperature-controlled (13-16°C) stainless-steel tanks.

Aging in stainless steel tanks on the lees for around 2 months.
